Maxiom - Chatbot Development
QuantumRevolution partnered with an innovative sports nutrition company to develop a cutting-edge Personalized Nutrition Chatbot. Focused on enhancing athletic performance and overall health, the client’s platform provides a unique, precision-based nutrition plan tailored to each individual’s biological data, goals, and progress. The chatbot we engineered leverages artificial intelligence to deliver 1:1 personalized guidance to users 24/7. This AI-powered assistant adapts to users’ evolving needs in real-time, offering customized nutritional recommendations based on their current progress and performance goals. Mrs Wordsmith - Image Generation
In a recent collaboration, QuantumRevolution partnered with an educational content provider to tackle the technical challenge of generating adaptive, high-quality visual and textual content for young learners. The client sought an AI-driven solution capable of producing personalized, age-appropriate illustrations and narratives that could dynamically adjust to various reading levels, enhancing engagement in language learning. Our team utilized Stable Diffusion Models to ensure high-quality image generation aligned with rigorous educational standards. MindTime
Quantum Revolution partnered with MindTime to bring a new intelligence layer to a powerful psychological insights platform. MindTime blends 25 years of psychological research with cutting-edge AI to uncover the why behind human behavior. While most tools focus on what people do, MindTime focuses on how people think—how their unique mix of past, present, and future thinking styles shapes every decision and action. These insights help organizations build stronger teams, engage customers meaningfully, and create better learning experiences. To extend the impact of their platform, MindTime brought us in to architect and execute a new AI-powered application tailored to their business goals. We designed a robust, scalable solution across AWS and OpenAI environments, delivering a fully functional system aligned with all their requirements. Through iterative testing of various large language models and temperature settings, we helped MindTime identify the right balance between performance, cost-efficiency, and user experience. Our phased rollout strategy controlled costs and gave the MindTime team space to build confidence as the project progressed. AI-Powered Voice Assistant “Lou”
QuantumRevolution partnered with HelloSpoke to develop and deploy Lou, an AI-powered voice assistant designed to streamline call handling and enhance maintenance triage for property management and service providers. The system leverages advanced Natural Language Processing (NLP) to analyze and categorize real-time phone conversations with residents, automatically determining the appropriate next steps. Trained on tens of thousands of emergency maintenance calls, Lou accurately identifies a wide range of issues—such as broken garbage disposals, power outages, and light bulb replacements—by matching caller reports to a comprehensive database curated by HelloSpoke. Each issue is pre-classified as an emergency or non-emergency, with the system prioritizing caution in its decision-making. This ensures urgent cases escalate immediately while non-urgent ones are efficiently queued for follow-up. Lou supports 32 languages and is actively used across Multifamily Housing, Senior Living Communities, and SMBs. Since its deployment, the AI system has reduced response times by 30%, significantly improving call handling efficiency and resident satisfaction. AI-Powered Stop Sign Camera
QuantumRevolution collaborated with a client in New York to develop and deploy AI-powered Stop Sign Cameras designed to enhance traffic safety and reduce violations at intersections. The system employs dual-lens cameras—optimized for both day and night conditions—that operate 24/7, regardless of weather. This custom-trained computer vision model accurately detects whether vehicles come to a complete stop at stop signs, achieving 99.9% speed detection accuracy. The system identifies violations, automatically captures images, trims videos, and seamlessly processes tickets. Implemented serverlessly on AWS, the solution is highly scalable, supporting deployment from a single test camera to over 1,500 cameras without any performance issues. The long-term impact has been remarkable: 97% of vehicles initially failed to stop completely. After three months, this figure dropped to just 16% at the same intersection. These cameras are particularly effective near schools, significantly improving pedestrian safety, especially for children. Contract Management System

Users can review each contract’s critical details on the platform, track document versions and modifications made during renewals, and access a detailed history of changes. RFPBot
QuantumRevolution partnered with a leading global outsourcing company headquartered in the Philippines, with 3,000 employees worldwide. The client sought to streamline and automate internal processes to save thousands of work hours each month, enhancing overall efficiency and reducing manual labor. One of the critical projects we delivered was the development of the RFPBot, an AI-powered tool designed to simplify the often complex and time-consuming process of responding to Requests for Proposals (RFPs). Traditionally, responding to RFPs required significant manual effort, with teams needing to carefully review, adapt, and populate detailed information for each proposal—a labor-intensive and time-consuming process. RFPBot transforms this workflow by leveraging a custom-trained language model that understands and generates responses based on the company’s unique content. The system can store and organize essential information by uploading relevant data through Excel files. When a new RFP arrives, RFPBot generates accurate, contextually relevant responses automatically, minimizing the time required for each proposal and enabling the company to seamlessly handle high volumes of requests. This innovation has substantially reduced the time and resources needed for proposal management, allowing the client to focus more on strategic growth. CV Processor

This client, often responsible for sourcing large numbers of candidates for their clients, faced challenges in handling and formatting hundreds or thousands of job applications, each with varied structures and formats. The CV Processor automates standardizing and processing CVs by utilizing advanced AI algorithms. The tool converts CVs from diverse formats into a consistent, professional template, making it easy for the client to present applications to their customers uniformly. Additionally, the system includes an automatic summarization feature to condense lengthy CVs, ensuring that only the most relevant information is highlighted. Our solution automates 80% of the CV processing work, significantly reducing manual effort, enhancing productivity, and saving valuable resources.
